2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the Website to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods on the terms of this Offer.

3. Placing an Order

4. Price of Goods and Payment Procedure

5. Delivery of Goods

5.3. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the delivery service or received by the buyer.
6. Warranty, Return and Exchange

6.2. Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2463 of 31 December 2020.
6.3. A return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods retain their merchantable appearance, completeness, factory seals and packaging, and that no software has been installed on the device.
