Can these reviews be trusted

Yes — because we do not choose which ones go up. Everything that passes moderation is here, including the unhappy ones and the ones where the complaint is fair. The wording is never edited: if someone wrote that their parcel took two weeks, that is what stays on the page. Moderation removes spam, adverts for other shops and abuse — the things that are not about the purchase.

Who can leave one

Anyone who bought from us. The form at the bottom of the page needs no account, but every review is checked against our orders: the name, the date, what was bought. Without a match it is not published — otherwise the page fills up within a month with people who have never dealt with us.

How long publishing takes

Usually within a day, longer at weekends. Reviews do not appear instantly because a person reads them, not a filter. If yours has not shown up after a couple of days, write to support — most likely it did not match an order and we will ask for a detail or two.

What happens to a negative review

It gets published, and we reply to it. A review is also a message to us: if the unit is faulty we replace it, if it is delivery we take it up with the carrier, if it is configuration we help get it working. Deleting the awkward ones is easier than fixing the cause — but then the page stops meaning anything and the problem is still there for the next buyer.

Why some reviews come from Avito

We have sold there for years, and carrying that history over is more honest than starting from zero. Those reviews are labelled with their source: they were written on a platform where only someone who actually completed a deal can leave one. Reviews from this site are labelled too, so you can see which is which instead of one undifferentiated pile.

How to read reviews before buying

Look at the reviews for the model you need — there is a product filter above the list. DMA cards, adapters and Makcu solve different problems, and "all great" about one says little about another. The detailed ones are worth the most: they usually name the motherboard, the setup and what had to be done during configuration, and that is what tells you whether the same kit suits you.
